  1. Deoria Tal: It's a picturesque lake situated at an altitude of about 2438 meters. The trek to Deoria Tal starts from Sari village, which is about 15 kilometers from Ukhimath. It offers stunning views of Chaukhamba peaks and is a relatively easy trek, making it suitable for beginners.

  1. Chopta to Tungnath Temple: While many visitors trek from Chopta to Tungnath and then Chandrashila, you can opt for a trek that takes you directly to the Tungnath Temple without heading further to Chandrashila. This route allows you to explore the serene environs around Tungnath and experience the ancient temple's beauty and spiritual significance.

  2. Kartik Swami Temple Trek: Located near Kanak Chauri village, this trek offers panoramic views of the snow-capped Himalayas, including Nanda Devi, Trishul, and Chaukhamba peaks. It's a longer trek, taking around 3-4 hours, and is known for its natural beauty and the revered Kartik Swami Temple.

  3. Rudranath Trek: If you're up for a more challenging trek, consider the trek to Rudranath, one of the Panch Kedar temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. The trail takes you through stunning meadows, forests, and offers breathtaking views of the Himalayas. The trek requires more time and preparation but is rewarding for its natural beauty and spiritual significance.

Remember to check local conditions, weather forecasts, and necessary permits before embarking on any trek or alternate route. Additionally, it's advisable to be well-equipped and prepared with essentials such as proper trekking gear, food, water, and first aid.
