Photography is not allowed inside the temple complex of the Meenakshi Amman Temple in Madurai. This is to ensure the sanctity of the temple and to avoid distractions for worshippers.

Photography is not allowed inside the temple complex. There are a few specific rules to follow when visiting the Meenakshi Amman Temple:
- Dress modestly, covering your shoulders and knees.
- Remove your shoes before entering the temple complex.
- Be respectful of Hindu customs and traditions.
- Do not litter.
- Do not smoke or drink alcohol inside the temple complex.
- Do not take photos or videos.
If you are caught taking photos or videos inside the temple complex, you may be asked to leave.
If you would like to take photos of the Meenakshi Amman Temple, you can do so from outside the temple complex. There are a number of vantage points from where you can get stunning views of the temple complex.
